We focus on empowering women, children, marginal farmers, agricultural laborers, and the elderly by addressing the challenges of poverty, illiteracy, and discrimination based on gender, caste, creed, and community. Janani has established a strong rapport not only with the local community but also with government agencies, non-government organizations, and corporate partners to strategically strengthen and expand our planned programs. In the coming period, we are preparing ourselves to undertake many more initiatives and further promote the welfare of our target population in Belagavi District. In addition, we have started the Janani Learning Center at Munyal, where we are currently providing education to 60 students. To date, our interventions have reached over 4,000 beneficiaries.

LEDP Training program
NABARD Bangalore and Janani Integrated Development Society (R) Munyal Based on guidelines given by the NABARD we had conducted training and exposure programs for all the members at. Khanadal, Harogeri & Sultanpur villages of Raibag block. The 7 days training programs are conducted in all the above said villages respectively. These 3 programs we were trained 90 members and all the members were credit linked with NABFINS Ltd. We at Janani Integrated Development Society is providing mentoring and hand holding support to the trainees by arranging necessary linkages and coordinating efforts through frequent visits to the villages.
Financial literacy awareness program
The objective of conduct of financial literacy camps is to facilitate financial inclusion through provision of two essentials i.e. literacy and easy access. It should aim at imparting knowledge to enable financial planning, inculcate saving habits and improve the understanding of financial products leading to effective use of financial services by the common man. Financial literacy should help them plan ahead of time for their life cycle needs and deal with unexpected emergencies without resorting to debt. They should be able to proactively manage money and avoid debt traps. In order to ensure that the knowledge provided through awareness results in inculcating banking habits, literacy inputs need to be synchronized with access to financial services so as to enable the common man to use the information effectively to gain control over financial matters.
Farmers Club Exposure Visit Through NABARD
Farmers Club Exposure Visit to BAIF Dharwad, Bagalkot, Belagavi, Jamakhandi and Haveri to interact with well-known farmers with prior permission of NABARD. Through NABARD we have farmed 14 FC, as a part of farmers club we are planning capacity building through exposure to farmers. Through Exposure visits farmers may gain good knowledge regarding how to yield good crop in limited filed so that people living in one place can visit another location to observe and learn from the other community's development activities. The purpose of exposure visits is to learn from the experience of others outside your own community, by direct interaction. Participating communities may be a short distance from one another, or in some cases, in different regions or even different countries.
MEDP Skill Development Program
This training programme has been supported by NABARD.This training has been provided Chikkanandi and Hirenandi Village SHGs women on Embroidery and Kasuti the training has been provided to 250 members of women. The training has been provided based on the local raw material resources, skills of the women, marketing and sales opportunities etc.
Adult Education program
“Human Resource Development is not only acquired by Education but also Proper Trainings” Based on this concept our organization Janani, has realized that proper trainings can empower the people in all spheres. As such, we have provided the following skill trainings to our SHG’s women to upgrade their capabilities of income generation and community welfare promotion.
